“Good experience but when ordering last year we weren't charged additional fees at delivery. This year we were charged even though the packages did not have to cross through the US to get the Canada. Our order was also shipped with two different carriers even though it was placed on the same day. I don't understand why additional fees needed to be paid this time around/why one of our packages had to be sent through the US (UPS - China --> Anchorage --> Kentucky --> Quebec) while the other was sent directly to Canada (DHL - China/Hong Kong --> Ontario Service Area --> Quebec Service area). Efforts need to be made to 1- reduce the number of carriers, 2- make decisions that are more customer centric.”
